LegaleGo Abogados sponsors Women with Courage
LegaleGo Abogados was sponsor of the 1st Day of Inclusive Sports of Granada. On June 17, 2018, for twelve hours, the center of Granada was a meeting point for diversity, sport and inclusion.
The Association of Business Professionals and Traders of Andalusia (APECA) has organized the second Congress of Women Entrepreneurs and Entrepreneurs under the name of “Women with value” on March 10 at the Carmen de Burgos Palace, in Baeza, Jaén.
The objective of this congress is to value women in the world of business and empower all those who wish to undertake. The work career of women usually has enough obstacles to grow since it plays a fundamental role in the family context.
LegaleGo Abogados shares the same objective of the congress, so it did not want to miss the opportunity to promote this initiative as a sponsor.
APECA wanted to take advantage of this congress to make women aware of the importance of receiving training for the growth of their businesses, despite the obstacles that arise. In this way, various professionals, including Sergio Oya, Director of LegaleGo Abogados Jaén and Granada, have given a presentation to train attendees in different essential aspects in the growth of contemporary companies.
Speakers such as Keka Sánchez, Social Media expert, Yolanda Saenz de Tejada, female visibility expert and Luis Lorenzo, CEO of the Human to Human Organization, expert in setting up SME strategies that put the customer at the center . In addition, many stands were exhibited from some of the companies attending to publicize their services.
The presentation of our director referred to the importance of business networking, or how it translates into Spanish, the creation of business networks. Sergio, wanted to place special emphasis on what not to do in networking to get the most out of our contact networks. One of the most common mistakes that Sergio wanted to highlight was “not going prepared when attending networking”. It is essential to “prepare” the message that we want others to receive from us, to be clear that we seek, and of course, what we can offer.
The five years that Sergio Oya has been going through various networking networks, have made him recognize the importance of establishing business relationships based on trust. As stated in the paper “Cultivate and care for our business relationships, it is essential to strengthen or expand our contacts”.
In LegaleGo we are left with a message “Although it seems impossible, it is possible”. There are many businesswomen and entrepreneurs who gave testimony and an example that growing a company despite extra-labor responsibilities is possible. We believe and support it too. Working hard and making trusted contact networks, success is achieved.
