In processing your CV data in the management of our job pool we will rely on your consent (Art. 6.1st GDPR), taking into account that if you send us an email with your CV we will understand that you consent to our processing of your data for this purpose.

Such legitimations are complemented with the fulfilment of legal obligations by us as the party responsible in any corresponding cases.

Recipients of the information

Your data are collected by our processors, who undertake to comply with the provisions of the legislation in force on data protection and with the instructions we have issued on data processing, and may not use them for a purpose other than the one expressed herein.

We also inform you that we do not perform any international data processing.

Storage periods

Execution of our services:We retain your data for four years counting from the date on which the business relationship is ended: We retain your data for as long as you keep active your subscription to receiving our communications and have not indicated your refusal to receive them.

Supervisory authority
