Amazon has launched a program with which you will be able to market your food supplements in Europe, Pan-European plan. By unifying your VAT registration number, you gain the flexibility to sell with Amazon’s Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) Pan-European plan through the Stock on Standby (COS) program.<\/p>\n

One of the advantages is that you can flexibly store your products. Store your products in at least two countries between Germany, France, Italy or Spain. With the right enablement, Amazon will distribute and store your products for free, bringing them closer to customer demand.<\/p>\n

How the program works and basic requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Publish your products in all mandatory European Amazon stores.<\/li>\n
  2. Enable warehousing in at least two of these countries with Amazon’s Pan-European Logistics Program using VRN, COS or both options.<\/li>\n
  3. Ship your inventory to an Amazon logistics center in Germany, France, Italy or Spain.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    How to do it by country<\/strong><\/p>\n

    France<\/strong>: In France there is a notification process. All food supplements must be notified to the French health authorities in order to be sold in France. These products must be based on French internal regulations and also in the French language. No administrative fee<\/p>\n

    Italy<\/strong>: In Italy there is a notification process. All food supplements must be notified to the Italian health authorities in order to be sold in Italy. These products must be based on Italian internal regulations and also in the Italian language. There is an administrative fee of 160,20 \u20ac \/ per product.<\/p>\n

    Once the product is notified, it can start to be sold, i.e. there is no need to wait for a response from the administration to start selling the products.<\/p>\n

    Germany<\/strong>: In Germany there is a notification process. All food supplements must be notified to the German health authorities before they can be sold in Germany. These products must be based on German internal regulations and also in the German language. No administrative fee<\/p>\n
