If the sports or natural nutrition food supplements sold are of their own brand or of their own distribution, they <strong>must be notified to the health authorities<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;\">This is established by <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/ES\/TXT\/?uri=LEGISSUM:l21102\"><strong><u><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;\">Directive<\/span><\/u><\/strong><\/a> <span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri;\"><strong>2002\/46\/EC<\/strong> of the European Parliament and of the Council of 10 June 2002 on the approximation of the laws of the Member States regarding food supplements.
